Silver Crescent

The distinctive crescent-shaped northern coastline of Anasta is said to be where the Moon was raised to the Sky. The highest concentration of known ancient Archon outposts are found here. Among and between these ruins are found most of the Moon Wardens, Children of the Moon keeping their ages-old charge as guardians.

The thick, primeval boreal forest that covers the area makes for difficult navigation except on foot. Between the threat of the Wardens and the difficult terrain, few maps detail what may be found in this area, and fewer still are those brave (or foolish) enough to risk exploration to create them. It is said the largest fragment of Moonfall on Anasta lies somewhere in the Crescent. This Crystal Isle lays at the center of a lake formed from its impact millennia ago. Only Children of the Moon have ever been allowed within a day’s distance from this place, and its existence can only be confirmed by anecdote from Children who have been there.

Even more mysterious are the whispers of an Elder Tree that has ties to the Alabaster Peoples from before their raising as the Archons. Legends say it was the first tree created by the Dragons. A sacred symbol to the Moon Wardens, even they debate its location and whether or not it ever physically existed.
